Framework for Change

Organizations that plan for transformational change opposed to incremental change must find new ways to build capacity and cause disruption. While there are many problems to solve for, the challenge is understanding what to solve for and realizing any unintended consequences that may arise when evaluating solutions. Using the Theory of Change model along with understanding the dynamics of the system can provide clarity when understanding what resources, activities and relationships are necessary when planning for impact.
